How it works
How we get difficult loans funded
Six steps from 'everyone said no' to funded, without leaving a trail of declined applications behind you.
- 1
1. Tell us the problem, not just the plan (about 60 seconds)
Amount, purpose, state, and the honest version of what's making it difficult: credit issues, tax, declines, cash flow. No credit check when you first enquire.
- 2
2. A real person calls you
Someone who works on difficult loans every day reads your enquiry and calls to understand the full picture, including what any previous lender said.
- 3
3. We find the lender whose policy fits
We match your file to the one or two lenders most likely to approve it: unsecured, line of credit, caveat, second mortgage, equipment or invoice finance.
- 4
4. One targeted application
You provide documents once, usually bank statements, ID and property details if relevant. Your file goes out once, not to a crowd.
- 5
5. Approval and funding
Funding is possible in as little as 24 hours once approved for straightforward files. Money can be paid to you, or straight to the ATO, a supplier or an existing lender.
- 6
6. Plan the way to cheaper money
Many clients refinance to a lower-cost lender once their file improves. We'll talk about the exit from day one.
Why one targeted application beats ten
Every formal credit application can leave an enquiry on your credit file. When lenders see a burst of them, they assume others have looked and passed. That's how one decline turns into five. We do the matching before anything touches your file, so the application that does go in is aimed at a lender whose policy genuinely fits your situation.

Frequently asked questions
Does enquiring affect my credit score?
No. There's no credit check when you first enquire. A credit check only happens once you've chosen to go ahead with a particular lender.
Will my details be sent to lots of lenders?
No. We send your file to the lender most likely to approve it, and occasionally a second. That protects your credit file from a pile of enquiries.
What documents will I need?
Usually six months of business bank statements and ID for each director. For property-secured loans, the property address, rates notice and any mortgage statement. Some loans need BAS or an ATO statement.
How fast is it really?
For straightforward files with everything ready, funding is possible in as little as 24 hours once approved. Valuations, title issues, consents or missing documents can add time.
What if you can't help?
We'll tell you honestly, and where we can, point you towards what might help instead, such as an accountant, a rural financial counsellor or a payment arrangement.
